Direct Air Cooling

The direct air cooling system condenses the exhaust steam of the steam turbine directly with air, and heat is exchanged between the air and the steam. The process flow is that the exhaust steam of the steam turbine passes through a thick exhaust pipe to the outdoor air condenser, and the axial cooling fan causes the air to flow through the outer surface of the cooler, condenses the exhaust steam into water, and the condensate is then pumped back to the boiler.The direct air cooling system does not require intermediate media such as cooling water. It has the advantages of less equipment, simple system, small footprint, and more flexible adjustment of the system.

Indirect Air Cooling

The indirect air cooling system is to enter the circulating water into the water side of the surface condenser and cool the steam turbine exhaust on the steam side of the condenser through surface heat transfer. The heated circulating water is sent from the circulating water pump to the air cooling tower, and the air is surface-cooled through the air-cooled radiator. Heat transfer, the circulating water is cooled by the air and then returned to the condenser to cool the steam turbine exhaust, forming a sealed circulation.

Composite Air Cooling

Evaporative condenser is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving heat transfer equipment that uses the water film sprayed on the outer surface of the heat transfer coil to evaporate (the forced convection air generated by the induced draft fan absorbs and discharges it) to absorb the heat of the fluid in the tube, so that the steam in the tube can condense.The use of circulating water to evaporate latent heat for heat transfer is an efficient and advanced heat transfer mechanism. Its heat transfer effect depends on the local wet bulb temperature and is not affected by the ambient dry bulb temperature. Due to the large latent heat of water evaporation, less circulation can meet the needs, high efficiency and low investment.
