On August 16, 2023, Shanxi Dewang Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. received the "Notice of Winning the Bid" (SXED-HD-DLCN-CGB-2023-004) for the 30MW flywheel energy storage project EPC general contracting engineering mechanical ventilation cooling tower procurement, package number "00", from Dinglun Energy Technology (Shanxi) Co., Ltd., confirming the winning of the bid for the Dinglun Energy Technology (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. 30MW flywheel energy storage project EPC general contracting.

The 30MW flywheel energy storage project of Dinglun Energy Technology (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. is jointly constructed by Dinglun Energy Technology (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. and the Advanced Flywheel Energy Storage Technology Research Center of North China Electric Power University. The total investment is 380 million yuan, covering an area of 30 mu. The main construction content is a 30MW flywheel energy storage frequency regulation power station and its supporting projects, including the construction of a flywheel energy storage equipment body auxiliary high-efficiency cooling system equipment workshop and equipment repair and maintenance workshop. It will provide auxiliary frequency regulation services for the power grid, with an annual frequency regulation mileage of 3 million megawatts. After completion, the project will become the largest independent flywheel energy storage power station in China and the world's first flywheel energy storage power station with the largest single-unit capacity. It will significantly improve the power supply quality and reliability of the Shanxi and even North China power grids, provide important support for the grid connection of new energy and the transformation of the energy structure of the North China power grid, and have a significant demonstration effect on energy storage participating in the power auxiliary service market and a certain demonstration effect on energy storage participating in the construction of the energy internet.

The signing of this contract signifies that our company's developed dry cooler has officially entered the new energy storage industry. Our company, in strong cooperation with China Energy Construction Shanxi Electric Power Survey and Design Institute, has held a special meeting to study the technical scheme, schedule, and other matters of this project to ensure the timely operation of this key provincial project.
